Counseling services for affected persons

Have you been physically attacked and/or insulted because of your appearance, your (assumed) religion or origin, your gender, sexual orientation or identity, or have you been affected by racist violence because of other (assumed) characteristics? We will help you!

Our counseling is free of charge and voluntary. It is exclusively oriented towards your needs and wishes. After the initial contact, an appointment is usually suggested for a personal and confidential conversation. This can take place at a location of your choice, on the premises of our counseling center or digitally. You are welcome to have a trusted person accompany you to our conversation.

Together we will discuss possible measures in which we can support you. We only act after consultation and with your consent. We will accompany you every step of the way and for as long as you wish!

Our way of working

Our work is oriented exclusively to your needs. Our offer is at any time:

You do not have to pay anything for our consultation. This is completely free of charge for you

All counseling sessions take place in a protected and safe atmosphere and are treated with absolute confidentiality. If you wish, you can also contact us anonymously and no personal data will be collected. We guarantee that the contents of the consultation will be treated confidentially and we will not do anything without your explicit consent.

We take your concerns seriously, stand by your side and advocate exclusively for your interests.

We work independently of state authorities and institutions, i.e. without the influence of, for example, the police or courts.

If you wish, we can organize and pay for interpreters to enable a good exchange. In addition, our website and our information offer are provided multilingually.

The consultation is voluntary.

You can terminate it at any time without giving reasons and without costs. You will not suffer any disadvantages as a result. You decide at any time whether and how we help you.

Our consulting services are independent of location. Upon request or if needed, we will be happy to meet you at a location of your choice or discuss digitally.

Counseling services for related persons and witnesses

Not only those directly affected by a right-wing, racist or anti-Semitic attack can experience suffering, but also those indirectly affected, such as caregivers of the attacked person or witnesses of the attack.

On the one hand, this is due to their own stress reactions to what they have experienced, but on the other hand, it is also due to the helplessness and helplessness and excessive demands that they experience.

If you as a witness or a close person are suffering from the (experienced) situation, you can also make use of our counseling services. We advise you on how to cope with the experience and/or offer support in dealing with the person affected.

You are welcome to accompany the affected person to a joint counseling session as a trusted person, after consultation and with the person's consent.
